We continue to evolve and grow our business across North America, we are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as an Administrative Assistant for our Wood Dale, IL office.

You will report to our Finance Manager and will support the Finance Department with various administrative duties.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assist with managing state registrations and exemption certificates for Nexus
• Assist with implementation of ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O)
• Answering phone calls and emails
• Invoicing and credit collection
• Reviewing contracts
• Other duties as assigned.

Benefits & Schedule:

• Starting pay between $27-33/hr based on experience

Education and Other Requirements:

• High school diploma required
• Previous Administrative and/or accounting experience
• Competence in MS Office suite (Word, intermediate experience with Excel, PowerPoint)
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong time management, and ability to collaborate effectively with people.
• Self-driven with ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and working under various distractions and constraints.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
