Position: Beauty Centre Manager

Salary: $5,000 to $10,000 Monthly

Job Responsibilities:

1. Able to perform skin and body analysis for new and existing customers.
2. Expose to a diverse range of beauty treatments, including skin, face, body, slimming, hair removal, skin whitening, etc.
3. Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the business, focusing on all service and operational logistics of reservations and reception.
4. Responsible for staffing, staff development, and training.
5. Evaluate and supervise team members' performance, providing disciplinary action when necessary, including documentation.
6. Arrange training programs and skill upgrading courses for staff.
7. Responsible for sales and achieving sales KPIs and targets.
8. Regularly evaluate business processes, procedures, and systems; make recommendations as necessary.
9. Manage customer complaints promptly.

Requirements:

• Qualified with relevant industry experience.
• Willing to learn and demonstrate a positive attitude.
• Well-groomed, hygienic, and presentable at all times.
