Connell Foley LLP is seeking a Cash Application Specialist to join our dynamic team at Connell Foley. The ideal candidate must possess strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills, must be very detail-oriented with strong math skills as well as work well alone and as a member of a team. Additionally, the applicant must be able to multi-task and work well in a very fast-paced law firm environment. Responsibilities: Process and record daily receipts in Elite 3E. Correspond with attorneys to ensure accurate application of payments. Research unidentifiable receipts. Ensure timely and accurate processing of cash adjustments, write-offs and reallocations.
