Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• No prior experience is necessary, provided that the applicant holds an entry-level cloud certification.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field from an accredited institution is required.
• An exceptional focus on customer service and responsiveness to user needs is essential.
• An IAT II certification (for example, Security+ or an equivalent) is required; candidates must obtain it within 60 days of starting the program.
• An entry-level cloud certification is necessary from one of the following providers:
• - Azure (for example, Azure Fundamentals)
• - AWS (for example, AWS Cloud Practitioner)
• - OpenStack (relevant entry-level certifications)

Responsibilities:

• I will provide Tier I and II technical assistance, following established protocols for the management and delivery of cloud-based resources.
• I will offer thorough support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of user resources, both cloud-based and local.
• I will act as the primary technical contact for users, escalating complex issues to the Tier 2 and 3 teams as needed.
• I will keep relevant documentation updated, actively enhancing the Wiki and SharePoint knowledge bases with new information and solutions.
• I will monitor and promptly respond to inquiries and issues in designated chat rooms.

- I will be responsible for creating clear and concise documentation, including FAQs and internal knowledge articles, aimed at empowering users and streamlining support processes.
- Previous experience in help desk or customer service roles is advantageous.

- Clearance Requirement: I must hold and maintain a current/active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

- Physical Requirements: I need to be able to remain stationary for 50% of the time, occasionally move around the office to access file cabinets and machinery, and frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, including delivering presentations. It is important that I can exchange accurate information in these situations.
