An established and well-respected mid-sized construction management firm is hiring an experienced Project Superintendent to lead projects in the Middletown, CT area. About the Role:

As Project Superintendent, you’ll oversee all field operations for commercial construction projects ranging from $5M to $30M. Reporting to a Project Executive, you’ll be responsible for schedule management, field supervision, subcontractor coordination, and safety compliance while ensuring quality and timely project delivery.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead day-to-day on-site construction activities and manage field personnel and subcontractors
• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
• Oversee site documentation including daily logs, production tracking, and budget adherence
• Foster a positive jobsite culture and ensure strong communication between all project stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience supervising commercial construction projects ($5M–$30M range preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of building systems and construction processes
• OSHA 30 certification and valid CSL license required
• Proven ability to maintain project schedules and budgets
• Experience working with Procore, Bluebeam, and Oracle (OPC) or other scheduling software
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to project sites in the region
