Job Summary The Community Specialist is responsible for executing the store’s community strategy, including engaging with the community through relationship building, events, and activities. They support lululemon product seeding and attend local studios. They develop and maintain relationships with ambassadors and community partners, providing value and strengthening community ties. Additionally, they deliver a world-class guest experience in-store, incorporating community perspectives into guest interactions. Core Responsibilities Collaborate with store leadership to implement community and guest experience strategies. Establish and manage relationships with ambassadors, studio owners, and community partners to increase guest acquisition and retention. Engage with the local community to identify new partnership opportunities and position the store as a community hub. Connect with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and ensure a seamless omnichannel experience. Support and host local community events. Implement product seeding strategies through community partners and ambassadors. Analyze community-related data and share insights with store leadership for continuous improvement. Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment that celebrates diversity and promotes collaboration. Job Requirements Eligibility Must be legally authorized to work in the store’s country. Must have reliable transportation to travel to the store. Schedule/Availability Flexible schedule based on store needs, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. May include early mornings or late nights during peak times or special events. Experience At least 1 year in customer service, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building. Compensation & Benefits Base pay: $22.50 - $25.89/hour, plus a target bonus of $2.00/hour, totaling $24.50 - $27.89/hour. Eligibility for benefits varies; the company may change offerings at any time.
