Join to apply for the Creative Project Manager role at Stratfield Consulting Join to apply for the Creative Project Manager role at Stratfield Consulting Job Overview: Stratfield is seeking a Creative Project Manager to join our clients award-winning in-house creative agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative and/or marketing project management in an agency environment (either in-house or at an agency that handles creative execution). They will be responsible for managing the day-to-day workflow of creative assets from in-take to delivery. A qualified candidate will be detail-oriented, thrive in a team environment, and work alongside the creative team and other stakeholders while coordinating production details to ensure ideas are successfully translated. This is a 12-month extendable contract position that will be hybrid. Sponsorship is not available for this position. Responsibilities: Have strong knowledge of the specific projects on the creative and production calendar, build schedules for each project, and ensure that stakeholders are always informed of the status and schedule. Proactively establish tasks for assigned projects in our project management software, including briefing, estimating/invoicing, concepting, production, and file delivery. Communicate expectations and deadlines to the executor of each task. Establish daily communication with the team regarding upcoming tasks for the next 24-48 hours and shift work as needed to meet deadlines. Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously and collaborate with legal, ensuring all creative revisions have been incorporated. Act as a liaison between the stakeholder, creative team, and the field to share detailed and concise feedback with the creative team. Qualifications: 3+ years of creative project management or project coordination experience. Must be even-keeled with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timely communication with stakeholders and team members. Operate with a sense of urgency and have the ability to discern when project deadlines are in jeopardy, making necessary shifts. Superb planning and organizational abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Adobe Workfront experience is a strong plus. Creative/marketing project management experience in an agency is a strong plus.
