Comprehensive Mobile Care is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our mobile dental team serving the Mishawaka and Kokomo areas in Indiana. In this role, you will be vital in delivering high-quality dental care in a convenient, at-home setting for our patients. Your responsibilities will include preparing treatment rooms, assisting in various dental procedures, taking and processing x-rays, and ensuring accurate patient records are maintained. Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment spaces and sterilize dental instruments before procedures.
• Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures ensuring patient comfort.
• Take and develop dental x-rays in compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient documentation.
• Provide education to patients about preventive care and post-treatment practices.
• Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure efficient operations and quality patient care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a dental assistant program is preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior experience as a dental assistant is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, patient-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a mobile environment and manage diverse patient needs.
