The Digital Media Manager is responsible for overseeing digital media execution for business unit go-to-market strategies.

What you'll do here:

  • Manage social channels - Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to provide oversight of our paid social and paid search channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, X (formerly Twitter), Bing and YouTube. Orchestrate day-to-day social media activities, including calendar management, posting, monitoring, responding to or forwarding on any questions that require responses, and boosting.

  • Campaign Execution - Partner with internal teams and external vendors to plan, build and launch paid media and social campaigns to achieve agreed upon business goals. Test and analyze campaigns to improve messaging, creative, audience targeting, and overall channel performance.

  • Analytics and Reporting - In partnership with the analytics team, regularly analyze and communicate campaign performance against established digital marketing metrics, KPIs, intelligence and optimization strategies. Monitor budget and communicate spend status.

  • Vendor Management - Manage all aspects of vendor engagement, including tracking and processing invoices, contracts/SOWs. Onboard and provide access, as appropriate, to relevant social channels and tools such as CM360 and Sprout Social.

Skills you will need here:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 7+ years of experience in social and paid media, with a proven track record of successful campaigns in large channels such as Facebook and LinkedIn

  • Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Sprout Social

  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics

  • Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles

  • Experience with vendor management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Preferred: Experience working in a digital agency

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.

$67,000.00 - $87,000.00 USD
