Job Description

Lektron is a turnkey branding solutions company that specializes in linear LED lighting, custom signage, and sheet metal fabrication to enhance brands. This position will be responsible for leading the Lektron Custom Sign team at Lektron. The Custom Sign Manager will work closely with the Sales Executives, Project Managers, and Manufacturing Management to meet Lektron’s Custom Sign Customer’s needs. This position will be responsible for reviewing the Custom Sign P&L and developing sustainable plans to increase the profitability of Lektron’s Custom Signage product line.

Key duties will include:

• Day to day management of the Custom Signage operation (sales, project management, manufacturing, and installation.


• Manage month end activities to close AR/AP, job shipments, and production order closing.


• Establish new paths to market for existing products.


• Track weekly, monthly, and annual sales performance and report to internal stakeholders.


• Provide the Lektron Leadership team with sales updates and revenue projections.


• Identify and implement solutions to streamline Lektron processes and inefficiencies.


• Develop the monthly Job Costing report and lead meetings to discuss corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields


• 15+ years in Custom Signage, or similar manufacturing industry.


• 10+ years in General Management.


• Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, CRM software, and ERP systems.

Additional Requirements:

The ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English with co-workers, supervisors, internal and external customers; the ability to work in stressful conditions and adapt and response quickly to changing circumstances; the ability use a personal computer with Windows operating system, send/receive email.
