Who We’re Looking For: 5+ Years Sales Management Experience in industrial services, HVAC, or related fields. Proven success managing statewide or national chain accounts. Formal sales and management training, coaching skills for multimillion-dollar results. Experience closing high-value, multi-location deals with chains like Walmart, McDonald’s. Ability to identify and address underperformance, develop top talent. Strong marketing understanding to maximize lead generation. Leadership skills to motivate teams and foster accountability. Technical aptitude for HVAC, exhaust, ansul systems, and new technologies. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and territory management skills. Key Responsibilities: Drive weekly sales quotas and oversee team performance. Coach and mentor salespeople, improve underperformers. Manage territories, commissions, and client assignments. Analyze wins/losses and implement improvements. Optimize marketing efforts for lead generation. Promote the Action Duct brand in all sales activities. Accurately track and report sales data.
