Job Responsibilities Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service. Promote and sell our products/services to customers by highlighting key features and benefits. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times. Work with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Accurately enter and update customer information in our CRM system. Support other team members as needed to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Qualifications No prior experience requiredjust a positive attitude and a willingness to learn! Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Customer-focused with a passion for helping others. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
