For more information, visit . Summary Responsible for providing equity research coverage on assigned companies and industries, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Upholds the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and professionalism in all business conducted within the group. Responsibilities Provide independent analysis and opinions to investment bankers and institutional clients; communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately. Maintain and develop relationships with CEOs, CFOs, and other senior management at client companies, as well as industry experts and opinion leaders. Collaborate with sales team members to identify client needs and tailor analysis accordingly. Develop new ideas and perspectives on assigned industries and present them via email, calls, or conferences. Participate in client development and enhance the firm’s reputation in specific sectors. Become an industry specialist and thought leader in targeted sectors. Assist in building and maintaining client franchises. Manage multiple assignments effectively, meeting deadlines and quality standards. Adhere to corporate policies regarding personal trading and compliance issues. Attend industry conferences and meetings as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Typically 7+ years of relevant experience in sell-side or buy-side research or equivalent education and experience. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to establish and cultivate effective business relationships. Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and sound judgment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Series 7 and 63 licenses required; CFA preferred.
