Qualifications Qualifications: - Servers/Bartenders must have prior experience
- Bartenders must be 21
- Servers must be 18
- Bussers must be 16
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to go up and down stairs
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be willing to work some weekends and holidays
- Great communication and listening skills
- Ability to follow directions
