Job Description

Are you passionate about fitness, love connecting with people, and have an eye for visual detail and organization? Summit Athletic Club is actively seeking a dynamic and driven team member to join us in a dual-role position: working at our Front Desk and managing inventory for our Pro-Shop and in-club lululemon shops . This position pays $15 hour and is perfect for someone who wants to be in the center of all the excitement ! Location: All 3 Summit Athletic Club Locations - St. George, UT Starting Pay: $15.00/hour Schedule: Part-time, includes evenings, weekends, and 3 inventory-focused days/week

WHAT YOU'LL DO

FRONT DESK RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet members with energy and enthusiasm Manage check-ins, phone calls, and membership inquiries Handle Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions and direct customers to appropriate departments Support our VIP Recovery Lounge members with top-tier service Help create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all guests

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage inventory for Pro-Shop and Lululemon across all three locations Enter new products into our system and distribute them club-wide Create attractive retail displays to enhance customer experience and increase sales Monitor daily stock levels, flag discrepancies, and address missing or stolen items Handle returns, exchanges, and manage outdated inventory Help plan seasonal and trendy product rotations & sales Creating social media content for product launches and promotions

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Flexible schedule (must be available weekends & holidays) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Outgoing, confident, and engaging personality Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Interest in fitness, retail trends, and creative merchandising Previous retail, inventory, or customer service experience
