Pay Range: The pay range for this job is $16.5 - $22 per hour; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location. Position Overview Full-Time Brand Ambassadors have a customer-first mindset and are passionate about providing a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. Brand Ambassadors are the entry point for future leadership roles within Ralph Lauren, where you can begin to write your next great chapter. Understand and deliver sales and profit performance, utilizing key tools and resources to drive selling. Support the store in executing company initiatives. Participate in team training to achieve business results. Think creatively about new ways to engage clients and reach a wider client base. Represent the customer experience expectations in store. Deliver a consistent experience aligned with RL Brand expectations by supporting the company and store vision. Engage in store client initiatives and community outreach. Champion RL core values. Embrace RL's 'More ways to shop' approach and new technology. Support a collaborative environment centered around the customer. Engage in networking and sourcing talent. Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes and opportunities. Strengthen customer connectivity through alternative purchase paths like Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home. Broaden customer accessibility to product discovery via QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores. Maintain exceptional productivity standards through store execution. Uphold all company policies and procedures. Provide feedback to management on category opportunities or needs. Ensure sales floor and store standards are met at all times. Experience, Skills & Knowledge Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred. Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel. Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap, and office; work around chemicals; lift/climb up to 30 lbs.; climb moderately. Ability to operate the register, stand, move, and walk for multiple hours. Flexible schedule availability, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required. Proven success in building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, management, and co-workers. Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
