Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper and Tax Preparer to join our team. This is a full-time position, and we are eager to fill it immediately!

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client portfolios using QuickBooks Online
- Process weekly or bi-weekly payrolls for clients
- Prepare individual, partnership, S Corporation, and C Corporation tax returns using Drake Tax Software
- Provide bookkeeping services, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience preferred in bookkeeping and tax preparation
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Drake Tax Software
- Experience with individual, partnership, S Corp, and C Corp tax returns
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
