Responsibilities include: Understanding and achieving sales and profit targets using key tools and resources Supporting store initiatives and team training to meet business goals Innovatively engaging clients and expanding the customer base Representing the customer experience aligned with RL Brand standards Participating in store client initiatives and community outreach Upholding RL core values and embracing new shopping methods and technologies Supporting a collaborative, customer-focused environment Networking and sourcing new talent Providing feedback to management on successes and areas for improvement Enhancing customer connectivity through various purchasing pathways like Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home Broadening product discovery via QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores Maintaining high productivity and store standards Adhering to company policies and providing feedback on category opportunities Experience, Skills & Knowledge: Retail or similar industry experience preferred, especially in high-volume or high-profile environments Effective communication skills with customers and team members Physical ability to maneuver around the store, handle chemicals, lift up to 30 lbs., and climb as needed Ability to operate registers, stand, walk, and move for extended periods Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required Proven success in building positive relationships and achieving goals Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills Additional Details: Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Sales and Business Development Industry: Retail Apparel and Fashion #J-18808-Ljbffr Polo Ralph Lauren
