  • Prepare timely, accurate, and persuasive grant reports to demonstrate impact and maintain compliance.
  • Analyze grant performance to inform future strategy and maximize funding outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate grant records in our grant management system.
  • Provide performance data for public reports and presentations to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with funders and key stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

Education & Experience : Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of grant writing/management experience (nonprofit setting preferred), or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills :

    • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
    • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
    • High attention to detail, especially when working with financial data and reporting requirements.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with donor databases or grant tracking tools.
    • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and partners.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively via phone and in-person.
  • Visual and manual dexterity to read, type, and prepare documents.
  • Ability to occasionally lift materials related to mailings or events.

Why Join Us? When you join our team, you're not just helping secure funding-you're helping expand programs, fuel community impact, and sustain a mission that matters.
