HVAC Service Manager

$60,000 - $80,000/year + Benefits | Full-Time | Based in Canonsburg, PA

Are you organized, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn? Controlled Climate Systems, Inc. is hiring an Assistant to support our Vice President in running the commercial service department. This is an admin-leaning role, ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience, direct mentorship, and room to grow into operations or leadership.

You'll be trained on everything you need to know. We're looking for someone who's reliable, sharp under pressure, and has a strong drive to get things right. A background or interest in engineering is a plus, but not required.

We've been serving Western Pennsylvania since 1971, delivering commercial and industrial HVAC service, maintenance, and installation. Still family-owned and based in Canonsburg, our reputation is built on integrity, quality work, and a team that supports each other.

What You'll Do

• Support the VP with scheduling, dispatch coordination, and project tracking
• Help manage contracts, customer communication, and service agreements
• Learn to use our CRM and service management software (we'll train you)
• Stay on top of parts, inventory, and logistics
• Keep information organized and projects running smoothly
• Gradually take on more responsibility as you grow in the role

What We're Looking For

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Mechanically minded or interested in how systems work
• Quick learner, comfortable with multitasking
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Engineering education or experience is a plus (even entry-level)
