What You'll Do:
As our Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our service department, including:
Leading and Mentoring: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of HVAC technicians to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure all service calls are handled efficiently, professionally, and to the highest level of customer satisfaction. Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
Operational Efficiency: Optimize service routes, scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support to technicians, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure quality workmanship.
Performance Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the service department, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to achieve goals.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all service operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Inventory Management: Oversee the management of service vehicle inventory and parts.
Reporting: Generate reports on service department performance, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics.
What You'll Bring:
Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service, with at least 2 in a supervisory or management role.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair of various equipment types.
Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop a team.
Customer Focus: A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized with excellent time management and multi-tasking capabilities.
Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record.
