Position: Inbound Salesperson - Entry Level

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308

Worksite Arrangement: On-site 5 days/week

Compensation: Paid training + monthly commission based on volume

• OTE first year earnings average $60,000 annually

Start Date: June 2, 2025 

Schedule : M-F, 9am-6pm ET [full-time hours]

Overview:

National Medicare Group is looking for a motivated Inbound Sales Representative in the healthcare industry. This is not a cold calling position. This position's focus is helping individuals navigate and secure Medicare options. You'll receive paid training, 1:1 coaching, tools, and the support to help set you up as a successful licensed Independent Sales Consultant.

No prior healthcare or sales experience needed as training and support are provided, but strong communication skills are key. 

Responsibilities:

• Engage with high-quality inbound leads and follow a proven sales process to meet daily and weekly goals, in order to make Medicare easier, faster, and friendlier for the people who need it most
• Participate in ongoing training sessions, team huddles, and 1:1 coaching for consistent development of sales skills 
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and licensing requirements once licensed

Requirements:

• 2+ years in a customer service, sales, high-volume call center, or hospitality environment (i.e., restaurant experience)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy office environment
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and accountability around attendance and performance
• Patience, resilience, and a passion for helping others  
• Must be eligible to pass a background check and obtain a sales license (training and support provided during initial 90 days)
