We're expanding into Minnesota and looking for motivated individuals from Wisconsin who are ready to take the next step. Training starts at our headquarters in Menomonee Falls, WI, with relocation support available for those transitioning to the new Minneapolis, MN branch.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare job sites for insulation work

• Install attic and wall insulation (fiberglass batt, blown-in, cellulose)

• Perform air sealing and apply spray foam insulation

• Maintain and repair equipment

• Track inventory of materials and supplies

• Clean up job sites

• Work from ladders or scaffolding as needed

• Be physically active throughout the day, indoors and outdoors

• Pull and manage heavy hoses and tools

Qualifications:

• Willingness to relocate to Minneapolis, MN
  
  
• Ability to reliably commute to training site in Menomonee Falls, WI
  
  
• 1 year of construction experience preferred

• Physically fit and ready to work hands-on
