About the Role
The Company is seeking an Interim Executive Director with a strong background in senior living community management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all strategic and operational aspects of the community, including but not limited to, people experience, business development, customer service, and fiscal and clinical management. This role demands a dedicated individual with a proven ability to manage the day-to-day operations, make informed decisions within regulatory guidelines, and ensure the highest quality of care for residents. The Interim Executive Director will also be tasked with problem-solving, handling sensitive situations with confidence, and implementing strategies that align with the company's goals. Applicants for the Interim Executive Director position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree or have equivalent experience, and possess an Administrator license if required by State regulations. Experience in senior living community management, particularly in assisted living and memory care, is strongly preferred. The role requires a leader with excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, as well as a solid understanding of finance, accounting, budgeting, and human resources. The ability to form strong relationships with staff, residents, and their families is essential, as is the flexibility to adapt to frequent operational changes. The Interim Executive Director will be expected to maintain state regulatory compliance, manage all aspects of staffing, and ensure the community is a safe and thriving environment for all.
