Job Summary

Honegger\nAnimal Clinic is a well-established small animal veterinary hospital located 15\nminutes south of Fort Wayne, IN. We have been in business for 45 years and\npride ourselves on a family-oriented, collaborative clinic. The culture of our clinic is based on\nexcellent patient care and great client communication. We use a team approach\nwith our staff consisting of 1 veterinarian, 4 registered technicians, 2\nreceptionists, and a hospital manager. We understand how important work/life\nbalance is while still caring for our patients, which is why there is no evening call! Our local emergency clinic (NIVES) handles all evening and weekend calls.

We’re\nlooking for a small animal veterinarian with experience in surgery/dentistry. We are also open to large animal veterinarians - we'd love to expand in this space with the right individual leading the way! For\ncandidates interested in ownership, we’re offering a 10% buy-in\nopportunity for the right candidate. Once integrated with the practice and\ncommunity, you would then smoothly transition to the JV Partner/Managing\nVeterinarian.

This\nhospital-level team is supported by their Divisional Leadership who\nprovides practice management training, reporting, and ongoing resources to\ndevelop a best-in-class hospital. The hospital is one of many that report to\nthis division, so the Managing Veterinarian can expect to network with and\nlearn from peers in similar roles in veterinary clinics nearby.
