We are a boutique interior design studio located on Mercer Island, specializing in high-end residential projects. About the Role We are seeking an interior designer / project manager with a minimum of 5 years of post-bachelor's degree professional experience in interior design/interior architecture. Responsibilities Work closely with the Principal to create, manage, and implement all project steps, developing high-end design solutions. Research concepts and materials to support various projects. Select furniture, materials, decor, and finishes within budget constraints. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and contractors. Review/draft construction plans (floor plans, interior elevations, lighting, and furniture layouts), create 3D renderings with SketchUp Pro/Layout and AutoCAD. Coordinate and complete tasks within scheduled timelines. Prepare and participate in client presentations. Qualifications Minimum of 5-6 years of post-bachelor's degree professional experience in interior design/interior architecture. Required Skills Strong sense of design. Fast learner. Organized and highly attentive to details. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a design-focused open environment. Remote candidates need not apply.
