LocumJobsOnline is working with Greenstaff Medical to find a qualified Family Practice NP in New Mexico!About The Position Perform in-home or facility-based CHAs for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial members Conduct noninvasive comprehensive physical examinations for members Identify and escalate care gaps and urgent/emergent health concerns Complete thorough electronic documentation of the visit using company provided tablet Communicate with members' PCP to discuss findings, keeping the care team and leadership informed Travel within a 60-mile radius from your assigned location (daily mileage may exceed 120 miles) Work Environment: Visits occur in homes, skilled nursing, and assisted living facilities Must be comfortable working with diverse populations and home environments Safety-first approach: GPS-enabled safety app provided Reliable personal transportation required — work may involve all weather conditions  1635704EXPTEMPJob Requirements Board certification (ANCC or AANP)  Preferred: Family NP - FNP, Adult Geriatric Primary Care NP - AGNP, Emergency NP - ENP, or Acute Care NP - ACNP  Active NM license Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently in the field Comfortable with electronic documentation and tablet use Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned 60-mile radius New graduates welcome to apply!
