Role Description
Elevation Marketing is looking for a Paid Search Manager who thrives in a high-
performance environment and who also has a passion for leveraging AI and
automation to push the boundaries of PPC performance. This is a full-time on-site role
(with two work-from-home days a month or four half-days) located in the greater Phoenix
area.
As a Paid Search Manager, you’ll lead the development, execution, and optimization of
sophisticated B2B paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. You’ll be
at the forefront of integrating AI-powered tools and strategies to enhance targeting,
bidding, and performance analysis. This is a hands-on, strategic role that requires deep
PPC expertise, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for innovation.
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns, ideally in a
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and campaign management tools
(Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads Editor).• Proven success with AI-powered bidding strategies, automation scripts, and
campaign optimization tools.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets in Excel (pivot
tables, vlookups) and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with GA4, SA360, and data aggregation platforms like Agency
Analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to clearly explain complex
data and strategies to clients.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Workamajig, Basecamp).
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data science, or a related field.
Bonus Points For
• Experience with AI tools for PPC, such as ChatGPT for ad copy ideation, predictive
analytics platforms, or automation scripts.
- Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certifications.
- Familiarity with AI-enhanced audience modeling and customer journey mapping.
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword strategy, on-page
optimization, and technical SEO fundamentals.
• Experience managing or collaborating on paid social media campaigns (LinkedIn
Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), especially in B2B environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategize, execute, and optimize high-performing paid search campaigns
aligned with client KPIs (ROAS, CPA, lead quality, etc.).
• Leverage AI and machine learning tools (e.g., Google’s Smart Bidding,
Performance Max, predictive analytics platforms) to enhance campaign
performance and efficiency.
• Conduct advanced keyword research, audience segmentation, and intent
modeling using AI-driven platforms.
• Develop and test compelling ad copy and landing page strategies using AI-
assisted A/B testing and multivariate testing tools.
• Analyze campaign data using platforms like GA4, SA360, and Agency Analytics,
and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Stay ahead of PPC trends, AI advancements, and platform updates to
continuously evolve campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, content, paid social, account
management) to ensure integrated, omnichannel execution.

In Office Culture
At Elevation, we enjoy being in office together and we are passionate about culture,
collaboration, learning and the community that it creates, and we are looking for
employees who value this as well. We were meant to work together, not alone!
All our roles are full-time on-site role, with two work-from-home days a month or four
half days a month and we are flexible when it come to “life emergencies” that requires
additional flexibility from time to time. We are closed between Christmas and New
Years.
We do offer flexible hours based on client demands and department structure and
typically that means an employee may be able to start at any time between 7 AM and 9
AM and finish between 4 PM and 6 PM.
Compensation and Benefits
Elevation strives to provide some of the best agency compensation and benefit packages
in the great southwest. The job is in Gilbert, AZ (just off Loop 202 expressway) and less
than one mile from over 50 restaurants. Elevation pays for 95% of employee’s life, health
and long-term disability insurance. Elevation offers vision, dental and a variety of other
benefits that an employee can purchase. The kitchen area is full of free snacks and
beverages. Tuition reimbursement is available. The salary range for this position will vary
depending on experience and skills outlined above.
