As our Partnerships Manager (Entry Level) , you’ll work directly with our CEO and Director of Sales to build, activate, and manage relationships with channel partners and strategic referral groups. This is not your typical cold-calling SDR role — it's a high-ownership position that blends business development, strategic thinking, and relationship management.

You'll research and identify new partnership opportunities, kick off conversations with prospective partners, and help us grow our partner ecosystem. From conferences to Zoom calls, from follow-ups to onboarding, you’ll be a core part of how we build long-term, high-leverage partner relationships.

• Identify and prioritize potential channel, integration, and affiliate partners
• Execute personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, events, and phone
• Support partner meetings, including scheduling, follow-ups, and materials prep
• Work with leadership to refine partner messaging, collateral, and offers
• Help onboard new partners and ensure a smooth handoff to Account Managers
• Track conversations and outcomes in HubSpot; maintain CRM hygiene
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to surface insights and drive results
  

• 1–2+ years in partnerships, sales, or business development (SaaS or Home Services a plus)
• Excellent communication — verbal, written, and interpersonal
• Comfortable building relationships and speaking with executives
• Organized, proactive, and excited to learn fast
• Bonus: experience with home service industries or networking groups
  

• $45–55K base salary + commission and full health benefits
