A global manufacturing company is searching for a Payroll Analyst to manage complex payroll operations across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-state, union, and Canadian payroll processing. Responsibilities:

• Accurately process recurring payroll cycles for diverse employee groups, including union and non-union staff across multiple U.S. states and Canada.
• Review and verify payroll transactions, time data, and adjustments to ensure accurate compensation.
• Maintain comprehensive payroll records in compliance with internal controls and applicable legal requirements.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure payroll accuracy and proactively resolve discrepancies.
• Stay up to date on evolving payroll legislation and ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and provincial laws.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other internal teams to support seamless payroll operations.
• Support the accurate calculation and processing of garnishments, levies, and other required withholdings.
• Ensure timely execution of ACH payments, payroll funding, and tax deposits.

Requirements:

• 3 or more years of experience processing union, multi state, and Canadian payroll
• Experience with UKGPro payroll is a plus!
• Proficiency in MS Suite applications, including Excel
• The ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and able to stay up to date on payroll policies and procedures
