Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP ISU FICA Consultant This position will be a key player in engaging with business/functional teams to provide best-fit technical solutions while conforming to client’s and Infosys development standards. The role also involves supporting knowledge transfer to deliver value-adding consulting solutions that help clients adapt to the changing global landscape. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; consideration will be given to three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education. At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology. Location: Miami, FL. May require travel and/or relocation. Applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 11 years of experience in SAP CR&B implementation, specifically in ISU FICA modules. Experience in Electricity (preferred), Gas, or Water Utilities industries in North America. Experience with at least one end-to-end lifecycle implementation, including: Requirement gathering, Business process design, SAP configuration, RICEFW functional design, Systems and Integration Testing, resolving production issues. Setup of Org Structure, GL, Cash journal, Clearing Control, Account Assignment, and Direct Debit Payments. Understanding of Dunning, Collection, Installment Plans, Billing & Invoicing processes, Invoice Layout & Bill Print. Strong client-facing skills, excellent communication, and presentation abilities. Proficiency in advanced Excel data analysis of SAP ISU data. Ability to coordinate with offshore teams and manage work delivery between onsite and offshore. Flexible working hours due to remote work environment, including offshore overlaps. The role involves extended periods of sitting and working at a computer, with communication via telephone, email, or face-to-face.
