SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Support Supervisor to join our team in Gainesville, GA. This role involves preparing for the operation of production lines as we build a new factory. The ideal candidate will assist the Project Manager in the initial stages of the project and transition into overseeing production scheduling, cost management, and logistical support once the factory is operational.
JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to the following:
Prepare for the operation of production lines during the new factory construction project.
Assist the Project Manager with comprehensive preparation before the hiring of the Production Team Leader.
Manage investment costs and oversee contract enactment and execution related to facilities.
Develop and implement the Manufacturing Line Setting Plan.
Manage manufacturing item data and conduct operational cost simulations.
Establish and manage standards for new IT system implementation.
Attend and support headquarters IT project (Production) meetings.
Oversee production staff scheduling, cost management, material ordering, and logistics support post-construction.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in relevant major
Minimum 3+ years of experience in production role within the food industry
Experience in production planning or cost management preferred
Proficiency in documentation and Excel Skills
Strong communication skills and effective interdepartmental coordination
