Texas Health and Human Services Commission requires the services of 2 QA/Test Manager 3, hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of QA/Test Manager 3, Quality Assurance (QA) and Testing and the specifications outlined in this document for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission.
All work products resulting from the project shall be considered "works made for hire" and are the property of the Texas Health and Human Services Commission and may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Candidates) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by Texas law. Texas Health and Human Services Commission will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Candidate(s).
The role of the software test manager is to lead the testing team. Test Manager plays a central role in the Team. The Test Manager takes full responsibility for the project's success. The role involves quality & test advocacy, resource planning & management, and resolution of issues that impede the testing effort.
Q A 3 Engineer will be responsible for the development, execution, and maintenance of test scripts for both automated and manual testing of EHR application. Experience preparing UAT test cases aligning them with business requirements conducting walk through with stakeholders to ensure clarity, Tracks test case execution and provide reporting.
