Job Title: Remote Recruitment Specialist
Hourly Pay: $20 - $25/hour
Summary:
We’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist to work from home and help support our growing hiring team. You’ll help find candidates, connect with them, and make sure the hiring process runs smoothly. This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a team.
Job Responsibilities
Search for and reach out to job candidates online
Review applications and help with resume screening
Schedule interviews and send reminders
Keep notes and records updated in our system
Assist with interview follow-ups and offer processes
Qualifications
Strong communication and time-management skills
Comfortable using Google Docs, Excel, or other online tools
Friendly, patient, and detail-oriented
Previous work in HR, admin, customer service, or recruiting is a plus
Must be able to work from a quiet space with good internet
