Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
The Hardware & Professional Home Essential Sales Analyst is responsible for supporting The Home Depot, Lowe’s along with the All Other Hardware accounts and the Professional sales team. The business is ~$100M in POS. The analyst will be a crucial team member as we leverage data to drive in-market implementation, influence future innovation, and optimize the 4Ps. Key areas of responsibility include supporting the team in identifying and finding solutions to close in-mkt 4Ps gaps, forecasting, and leveraging POS data from Nielsen, account specific POS tools, and Numerator to provide the insights that allow us to grow our business.
In summary, you'll:
• Identify assortment gaps in the portfolio. Partner with the category, sales, and trade teams to demonstrate upside to the Hardware category with assortment optimization.
• Measure performance and impact of assortment, promotions, pricing, and placement. Communicate results effectively across the business.
• Deliver and enhance a weekly tracking report detailing our sales performance at the category, segment, brand, and item levels, both in-store and online. Including actionable insights to assist team members and Hardware merchants in their decision-making process.
• Assist team members in forecasting.
• Provide updates on in-store promotions, including feature/display sell-through rates and DFSI performance. Assess the effectiveness of these promotions and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales lifts and execution status.
• Deliver and present insights to support line reviews and meetings, justifying business decisions. Key data types may include sales performance, market trends, consumer insights, inventory levels, and competitive analysis.
• Provide Ad Hoc assistance for KAM or team members whenever needed.
• Assist team members with item set up and updates where needed.
• Assist the total team with identifying deductions using High Radius and Retail Link and ensure that Key Account Manager (KAM) resolves them.
• 4-year college degree.
• 1-2 years’ experience and proven knowledge/understanding Nielsen, and Numerator. Experience with The Home Depot Supplier Hub (Vendor Drill) and/or Lowe’s Vendor Gateway is a huge plus.
• Some direct Sales and/or Brand Management experience with cross functional exposure to other Business Operations preferred.
• Must be able to demonstrate ability to independently conduct in-depth data analysis and use the data to develop strong, persuasive selling stories.
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Office, Nielsen/IRI) with strong Microsoft Excel skills. PowerBI skills a plus.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to successfully multi-task.
• Knowledge of Consumer Packaged goods industry.

USD $80,000.00 - $120,000.00
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
