Position Overview

The Sales Professional & Appointment Setter is the first point of contact for patients and clients, playing a pivotal role in shaping their experience and driving enrollment into high-impact programs. This part-time role is ideal for someone sales-driven, persuasive, and empathetic, with a proven track record in high-ticket sales and strong objection-handling skills.

You will qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, confidently enroll clients into premium programs, and nurture relationships that change lives. This is a metrics-driven sales role with clear performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Metrics for Success

1. Lead Qualification & Discovery Calls

  • Screen inbound leads from calls, emails, DMs, and events; qualify 90%+ of hot leads accurately for the appropriate service or program.

  • Conduct 10–15 min discovery calls to assess needs, educate prospects, and pre-sell the next step with ≥70% booking-to-consult conversion.

2. Appointment Booking & CRM Management

  • Schedule consultations and follow-ups in EMR/CRM with 100% accuracy and zero double-booking errors.

  • Maintain segmented pipelines for medical, group, and high-ticket programs.

3. Sales & Program Enrollment

  • Confidently present and enroll clients into:

    • 12-month $40k+ Concierge Health Transformation

    • $2,000 Menopause consultation

    • Group and online programs (Defy Menopause, What Wealthy Women Know, other future programs, etc.)

  • Achieve ≥30% conversion rate on qualified high-ticket leads.

4. Objection Handling & Follow-Up

  • Address concerns (price, out-of-network insurance, time commitment) using scripts with ≥80% positive resolution rate.

  • Nurture warm and cold leads through structured follow-ups (email, text, calls) with ≥90% CRM task completion.

5. Event & Funnel Conversions

  • Engage webinar/event attendees within 72 hours; convert ≥20% into consults or programs.

  • Direct prospects to lead magnets and free resources, tracking engagement and funnel conversion.

6. Testimonials & Referrals

  • Identify satisfied clients for testimonials and referrals; secure ≥10 new referrals/testimonials monthly.

Required Skills & Qualities

  • Proven high-ticket sales experience with strong objection-handling and solution-based selling.

  • Warm, professional, and persuasive phone presence.

  • Active listening, empathy, and emotional intelligence.

  • Strong organizational and CRM management skills.

  • Comfortable discussing sensitive women’s health and financial topics with integrity and discretion.

  • Tech-savvy: Zoom, Google Workspace, EMR/CRM tools (JaneApp, Acuity, Salesforce, etc.).

  • Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s in communications, marketing, business, or health sciences preferred.

  • 2+ years in sales, appointment setting, or client services — preferably in healthcare, wellness, or coaching.

  • Familiarity with women’s health or out-of-network medical settings a plus.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience selling in cash-pay or out-of-network healthcare settings

  • Familiarity with women's health, menopause, hormone therapy, or wellness programs

  • Experience in educational course enrollment, coaching program sales, or concierge services

  • Understanding of online marketing funnels, lead magnets, or webinar follow-up

  • Bilingual a plus, but not required

Compensation & Incentives

  • Base hourly rate $15-$17 per hour (commensurate with experience) PLUS Performance-based commissions for booked consults, enrollments, and upsells.

  • Opportunity to grow into a full-time enrollment strategist role.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a bold, women-led mission transforming lives physically, financially, and socially.

  • Work in a collaborative, supportive team.

  • Hybrid work flexibility with clear advancement opportunities.
