This role plays a critical part in planning and delivery within Ocean Spray's modernization journey, acting as the IT Workstream lead in the Record-to-Report (RTR) pillar. This is an exciting time to join our journey, providing the opportunity to blueprint and drive change from inception to implementation across a global business. The SAP IT Lead, FICO will have a deep understanding of end-to-end Record-to-Report processes, which are critical to our business operations. Leveraging this knowledge and partnering with the RTR Business Workstream Lead, the IT Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying an optimized, integrated, and automated solution. They will work closely with fellow IT Leads, Business Workstream Leads, and System Integrators across various domains including business processes, technology, deployment, data, security & controls, testing, and organizational change management to deliver an improved and fully integrated solution. Post-transformation, this role will serve as the SAP Finance Functional Lead and be a key part of our Application COE, working with stakeholders and product teams to prioritize and deliver enhancements and projects that add value while maintaining operational health of our core finance systems. The candidate should have a product mindset focused on architecture, engineering, and enabling continuous value flow through process and design improvements. Position Location: We offer flexibility! This hybrid role is based at our headquarters in Lakeville, MA, with remote work on Mondays & Fridays. A Day in the Life... RTR IT Workstream Lead Responsibilities: Co-develop workstream plans Collaborate with solution integrators and business leads to ensure end-to-end process design, build, and support Provide input and oversight for design, build, test cycles, and planning Facilitate status meetings, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives; participate in cross-workstream meetings Identify and document business requirements/user stories Contribute to the Cutover Plan Assist in executing Test Plans and resolving defects Design future-state business processes Perform cross-module, end-to-end process integration Collaborate on designing, building, testing, and deploying integrations Support change management initiatives and review training content Standardize reports, processes, and data definitions Guide data cleansing and validation efforts Manage workload and capacity of internal analysts Technical Skills/Responsibilities: Serve as a functional expert for SAP FICO, managing all aspects of the SDLC Drive process and solution standardization based on SAP best practices Manage system integrations involving SAP FICO and other modules Coordinate testing, reviews, and post-implementation support Lead product teams and analyze costs and benefits of enhancements Prioritize and deliver SAP FICO enhancements and projects Build relationships with key stakeholders in accounting, treasury, procurement, and finance Identify opportunities for automation, cost savings, and innovative solutions What We Are Looking For: 7+ years of SAP FICO functional experience, preferably in CPG/Manufacturing Deep understanding of accounting principles and processes Leadership experience in SAP FICO transformation projects Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders Strong research, data analysis, and problem-solving skills Effective collaboration across teams Education: Bachelor's or University Degree (Required) Work Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience Benefits: Comprehensive insurance package starting Day 1, including health, dental, vision, and wellness programs Retirement plans with company match and discretionary contributions Bonuses and flexible scheduling Paid vacation, holidays, and parental leave Career development, tuition assistance, and learning resources Additional employee benefits such as fitness reimbursements, employee discounts, and charitable programs Who We Are: We are a farmer-owned cooperative dedicated to producing high-quality cranberry products.
