Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) are sought for a unique, full-time opportunity. This role involves providing dedicated one-on-one support to students with varying needs, ensuring they receive the best possible care and assistance throughout the school day.

Qualifications:

• Active LNA (Licensed Nurse Assistant) license
• Experience in pediatric or school settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with educational staff
• Comfort and experience with various medical needs, including:
  • Trach and G-tube care
  • Seizure and diabetic care
  • Toileting assistance
  • Academic support as needed

Location: Manchester, NH

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized care to students requiring one-on-one support
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and toileting
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support students' academic needs
• Monitor and document students' health and wellness throughout the day
• Communicate effectively with students and guardians regarding care and progress
• Adapt to varying student needs and case loads
