Position Summary Senior Leasing Consultants work in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment helping prospective residents find their ideal apartment. They excel at building relationships, understanding resident needs, and ensuring excellent service in apartment leasing. What You'll Do Develop in-depth knowledge of the community to recommend suitable apartments and retail options. Conduct personalized tours to prospective residents, leading to new leases. Coordinate with residents and teams for smooth move-in processes. Participate in community activities to foster resident relationships. Respond promptly to resident requests to enhance satisfaction. Work a flexible schedule, including weekends. What You'll Need To Succeed (Requirements) Experience in customer service fields such as hospitality, retail, or restaurants; residential property management experience preferred. Outstanding sales skills and a desire for professional growth. Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus. Strong computer skills. Passion for customer service, embodying caring, professionalism, empowerment, leadership, and inclusion. How We Support You The salary range is $22.50 to $25.50/hour, with additional benefits including bonuses, incentives, and up to $5,250 annual professional development reimbursement.
