Job Description
We're supporting a high-impact managed services project with a well-known technology company based in the Redmond, WA area. This role will focus on backend lab and infrastructure support—ensuring smooth, secure, and automated systems for internal teams working in a fast-paced development environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain Azure IaaS environments, including virtual machine provisioning, storage solutions, networking, and policy management.
• Administer and optimize Windows Server systems, handling tasks such as patching, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Develop and implement PowerShell scripts to automate onboarding processes, alerts, remediations, and other operational tasks.
• Configure and monitor Azure Monitor and Log Analytics, creating custom dashboards and proactive alerting mechanisms.
• Oversee Endpoint Manager and Intune for device configuration, policy enforcement, and overall management.
• Manage Azure Active Directory and Entra ID, including conditional access and identity governance.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and incident response support, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of issues.
• Collaborate on improving infrastructure automation and support processes to enhance system reliability.
• Support lab or dev/test environments, ensuring seamless functionality and proactive maintenance.
