Service Delivery Manager - Exterior Facilities Management - Base Salary to 75k/year - Mechanicsburg, PA

• Our client, a leader in exterior services management, seeks a Service Delivery Manager for Sourcing to support their service partner management efforts, including sourcing, onboarding, and ongoing partner engagement. The Service Delivery Manager is pivotal in ensuring operational readiness and excellence during snow and land seasons, leveraging technology and building partnerships to deliver high-quality service.
• As a key player in the team, the Service Delivery Manager will negotiate contracts, manage renewals, and train service partners on company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard service partners while ensuring all documentation is accurately completed and uploaded into company systems.
• Build lasting partnerships by providing ongoing training and support to service partners.
• Serve as the Event Manager for snow events, ensuring all partners are prepared and compliant with service standards.
• Identify training opportunities to improve service partner performance, safety, and service delivery.
• Educate internal teams on sourcing processes and foster a clear understanding of the partner profile that fits the company’s business model.
• Maintain calendars, oversee renewal planning, and track key partner performance metrics.
• Manage contract negotiations, ensuring fair agreements that align with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree preferred, with 3+ years of experience in customer relationship or account management.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams indirectly.
• Familiarity with commercial exterior services (e.g., snow and ice management, landscaping).
• Professional certifications such as ASCA-C, ASM, or CSP are a plus.
• Skilled in technology and experienced in managing projects independently.

• Base salary up to 75k/year, with potential for performance-based bonuses.
