Description $2,500 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. *Seeking a Spanish speaking Social Worker MSW This position will be traveling to Orange county and Long Beach area. The Clinical Social Worker is a team member of the hospice Interdisciplinary Group (IDG). The Clinical Social Worker provides bio-psychosocial services to patients/families/caregivers which include assessment, care planning, intervention and evaluation.
