What to expect: As a Senior Analyst specializing in Quality Control and Technical Operations within the leadership department of Into-Plane Fueling (ITP), you will be entrusted with overseeing the quality control processes, technical operations, and regulatory compliance aspects of aircraft fueling operations. You will be responsible for oversight, program development and training. Your role will involve analyzing data, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and optimizing operational efficiency in fueling processes.
How you will make an impact: - Collaborate with Operations leaders, Training, and Safety to develop and deploy process/procedure changes.
- Lead Quality Control audits, inspections, and technical assessments to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Improve, maintain, and update ITP Fueling Operations Manual (FOM).
- Develop and continuously improve training materials for the Quality Control program.
- Monitor UGE Quality Control compliance, including station audit requirements.
- Collaborate with Operations leadership and GSE Maintenance department on equipment specifications, maintenance programs.
- Provide timely guidance and feedback to support other teams in strengthening specific knowledge/skill areas as it applies to Operational SOP and Quality Control.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and generate proposed plans of action.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, documentation, and presentations on quality control and technical operation findings to communicate with leadership.
- Manage Quality Control Technicians in various ITP locations throughout the regions.
- Ability to train and coach on policies & procedures.
- Able to facilitate change across cross-functional teams.
- Utilize data to update safety best-practices and to make program/process recommendations to support corporate/division programs and policy updates.
- Perform a variety of in the field work such as training and auditing.
- Travel up to 60-75%
- Other duties as assigned to support ITP objectives through initiatives and special projects.
What you will bring: Required Experience, Qualifications & Skills:
- 4 year degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years of Fueling or Airport Operations experience
- Strong understanding of ATA Spec 103, NFPA 407
- Understanding of ITP fueling operational procedures
- Strong technical understanding of fuel dispensing ground equipment (e.g., hydrant carts/trucks, tanker trucks)
- Prior Aircraft Fueling experience
- Quality Control Management
- Technical operations oversight
- Leadership and team management
- Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Possess and maintain a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record required
- Technical proficiency and/or expertise with Microsoft Office (excel, Word, PowerPoint,
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills required
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills required
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task required
