Job Description

Recruiting construction and skilled trades workers
Managing construction and skilled trades placements
Application and onboarding process
Redeployment of construction and skilled trades workers.

High School Diploma or GED
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience using Bullhorn software a plus
Preferably 2 years of customer-focused experience in a dynamic environment. Retail or Service Industry experience is perfect!
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to shifting workflows and workloads.
Self-motivated and reliable performer with a strong sense of accountability and independence.
Proficient communication skills, capable of conveying ideas clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats tailored to diverse audiences.
