Job Description

Our client, a global gaming and entertainment leader, is hiring for a contract Technical Sourcer. This is a hybrid position, with 2-3 days onsite weekly in San Mateo, CA.

This role will support the recruitment process for green card applications. The ideal person has good self-organization skills, learns quickly and can work autonomously to achieve results.

Contract Duration: 6-months initially; potential to extend

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong ability to review resumes against skills and qualifications needed for the posted role.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sourcer role at a technology company.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in Greenhouse or a similar HRM / applicant tracking system.
• Ability to learn quickly and drive processes forward.

What You Will Be Doing

Daily Responsibilities

• Manage perm/direct-hire postings on external and internal websites via Greenhous.
• Mange screening of resumes received against role profile and disposition accordingly.
• Working with company immigration attorneys, document and provide qualification feedback on resumes for submission with applications.
• Schedule interviews for qualified candidates with the Hiring Manager.
