Job Summary:

Full Steam Staffing is seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient flow of goods in our warehouse located in Azusa, CA. The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish/English), detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the flexibility to adjust schedules during peak seasons.

Job Title: Warehouse Lead

Salary: $17-$24 per hour

Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D

Job Responsibilities:

• Routing shipments and overseeing logistics.
• Checking in drivers and coordinating delivery schedules.
• Building Bills of Lading for outgoing shipments.
• Data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Fluent in Spanish and English for effective communication.
• Basic math skills for inventory and order accuracy.
• Writing emails and communicating effectively with team members.
• Operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading trailers with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain organized workspaces.
• Proficient in computer literacy for data entry and inventory management.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Location: Azusa, CA.
• Open to working weekends and flexible schedule adjustments during peak seasons.
