Job Description:

Koala Insulation of Roanoke is looking for a dedicated, hardworking Insulation Installer to join our team. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in craftsmanship, and want to grow within a fast-paced, customer-focused company, this is the perfect opportunity!

Responsibilities:

• Install blown-in, batt, and spray foam insulation in residential and commercial buildings
• Work safely and efficiently on ladders, in crawl spaces, and attics
• Perform air sealing using caulk, foam, and other materials as needed
• Load and unload materials, keeping the job site clean and organized
• Follow building codes and company quality standards to ensure proper insulation coverage
• Work independently or as part of a team under the direction of a Lead Installer
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members

Qualifications:

✅ Prior insulation experience is a plus but NOT required! We provide training
✅ Comfortable working in tight spaces, attics, and heights
✅ Able to lift 50 lbs+ regularly
✅ Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
✅ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
✅ Must be punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious
