What You’ll Be Doing:

• Full-desk recruitment: Manage both candidate and client sides, owning the entire process from business development to offer negotiation.
• Developing a vertical market: Build long-term relationships within a defined tech niche — become a true subject matter expert.
• Driving business growth: Engage with existing accounts and open new opportunities through consultative sales.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1–2 years of 360 recruitment experience (tech market experience is a plus, but not essential).
• Proven track record in business development and candidate delivery .
• A self-starter mindset — you thrive in fast-paced, ambitious environments.
• Ability to commute to or relocate to Scottsdale .
