Position: Director, CART Class Expansion Location: NJ Based Join our expanding Cell Therapy Medical organization. We seek a Director, CART Class Expansion, reporting to the Senior Director, Lymphoma Lead, Cell Therapy. This role involves creating strategic plans for class expansion across diseases and therapeutic areas, and ensuring their execution. Success requires understanding unmet needs, healthcare infrastructure for cell therapy, and collaborating effectively across matrix functions. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement medical strategies and tactics for CAR T class expansion. Identify gaps and devise innovative solutions to improve cell therapy delivery. Represent US Medical affairs in key workstreams to meet organizational goals and demonstrate Medical Affairs impact. Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Field Medical, WW Medical, Commercial, Clinical, Legal, Regulatory) to leverage synergies and align efforts. Advance evidence generation in partnership with Medical and HEOR colleagues for CAR T class expansion. Oversee medical activities related to Breyanzi LCM indications (CLL, MCL, FL, MZL). Qualifications & Experience Advanced Medical/Biology degree (MS, PhD, PharmD) with at least 5 years of industry experience. Deep knowledge of the US healthcare system and cell therapy customer needs. Highly organized, efficient, and motivated, capable of leading multiple projects across matrix teams. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for navigating complex situations and stakeholder alignment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with management interface.
